Paralegal

We are on the lookout for a Paralegal with experience in commercial real estate and/or corporate law, who is a dedicated and professional team player, to join our in-house team.  The potential candidate should have a keen interest in drafting, tracking and completion of legal documents; administration of insurance policies and claims; corporate maintenance for Harvard’s Canadian real estate enterprise and the Hill Companies’ diversified businesses.   This position will report to the Senior Manager, Legal in Harvard’s head office in Regina, but the successful candidate may be located onsite in one of our offices in Regina, Calgary or Edmonton.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• A minimum of five years of paralegal experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate and/or corporate
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and instruction
• Strong legal comprehension and writing skills and the ability to produce high-quality legal documents
• Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
• College or technical training in a legal focused curriculum
